  32. new PC? It was lightning fast. But, after a year, you now realize that 
  33. your PC has some serious performance issues. A lot of programs are loaded 
  34. at your PC startup, which noticeably lowers its performance. Some programs 
  35. are system ones necessary for normal functioning, and the rest of them can 
  36. be easily removed from the startup list with the help of Arrange Startup 
  37. software!
